With over 15 years of experience in higher education teaching, as well as corporate education and training, Sukanlaya has taught classes ranging from small to large sizes (with over 350 students and teams of 10+ teachers). Her teaching philosophy centers around caring for and engaging with learners to create a positive learning experience. Recognizing that learners come from diverse psycho-social and cultural backgrounds and prefer different learning styles, Sukanlaya employs culturally inclusive pedagogy to develop resources that engage and facilitate learning among diverse cohorts.
