With over 15 years’ experience in higher education and corporate training, Sawang has taught classes from small groups to over 350 students, collaborating with teams of 10+ teachers. Her teaching philosophy focuses on engaging learners and creating positive experiences. She uses culturally inclusive pedagogy to support diverse learners with varied backgrounds and learning styles.
