Since 2009, Professor Sawang has delivered research-led teaching across undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, Executive MBA and executive education programmes. Her teaching integrates current research, industry experience and real-world challenges to develop critical thinking, entrepreneurial capability and responsible leadership. Drawing on her expertise in innovation, organisational psychology and sustainability, she creates inclusive learning environments that equip students and professionals to navigate an increasingly complex business landscape.

Professor Sawang has taught and held academic appointments across the UK, Australia and Asia, including at Queensland University of Technology, the University of Queensland, the University of Leicester, Coventry University and Chulalongkorn University. Her experience encompasses curriculum development, programme leadership, doctoral supervision and executive education, alongside leading teaching teams and supporting diverse international cohorts.
